Tiny update

a few tweaks to legoshi's file

- updated file to blender 4.2.0

- main bone was for some reason hidden by default, it's not anymore

- parented handIK and ForearmPole L and R bones to main

- hid bones that are not for animation use, you can unhide them in the bone collections
